chrome_cherryA huge THANKYOU to everyone who came to my birthday, and also to those who wished me well but couldn't make it... I have had the best weekend ever!
I *heart* slimelights... hadn't been before and wasn't sure what to expect, but turned out to be a great place. We got there very early (went straight from pub), and so we managed to grab the table right at the back on the bottom floor, which was where I preferred the music, but meant we could sit and chat a lot as well... Went upstairs a few times, but it was a bit heavy for the mood I was in really. Lots of great tunes where we were tho, so all was good.
Fantastic company, including both of my brothers, friends from school, housemates and boy, and good pills meant fun was had by all... Rob was especially taken by all the pretty lights - in fact I had to stop him molesting several people when he was taken by their UV reactive jewellery/ glowsticks/ flashing t-shirts. At least I have some ideas for his xmas present now!
Left the club when it shut at 7.30 and went back to peter's, who had already gone early. Had to sleep on floor so didn't get much sleep, but have been feeling alright. went to the British Museum for a while in the afternoon, so I even got some culture. Been quite tired and achey today, but not in a bad way...
